How can I get a refund?

** There is NO Refund available for any reason.Upon registration and payment, the automated system calculates instantly which positions receive allocations and accounts from multiple members will be posted in the database. Such transaction can NOT be reversed.

How can I find my referral link?

** It is not necessary to use a referral link with the Crazy7 opportunity. However, it will be more beneficial for your advancements to use it, go to the Promotion Center in your member profile and use the referral link. The Crazy7 system is working in every members favor and it only shows members username in your profile when you or the referred person have a Starter $7 position. Some people visit the site based on your link, then they leave and come back days later to join. Based on their own computer settings, it is mostly then that the link will not show any more and the person joins without a sponsor and will get placed by the system. Even so it is frustrating for you, there is nothing we can do, unless you make sure when you follow up, to send a new link to the prospect, to guarantee they will use that one.

How can I change my User name?

** There is NO way to change a user name. It is locked in the database

How can I change my email address?

** For security purpose and to eliminate unauthorized access and change of information, you must issue a support ticket, with your name and user name. Never include your password. We will never ask for your password.

How can I change my wallet ID?

** When you are joining, it is not required, and it is safer you enter the wallet ID when you start a withdrawal request. When you have funds in your account, then you issue a withdrawal request and manually enter your wallet ID. People change wallets and forget they entered an old ID, therefore always check to have a valid Wallet ID entered.

How can I upgrade my account?

** After you are registered with a Starter $7 Account position and your account is activated, you can add an entry in a higher level position. Login your member area, go to purchases and the first line should show a drop down menu, select the position you want to add. Click red purchase button. Next page, click Blue button Next page, select method of pay (Coin or PP), enter email and name, and proceed as instructed on the Payment processor box. You are strongly advise that you do NOT purchase additional $7 positions, because it will NOT benefit you. Save your money! You will receive multiple re-entries. It is absolutely NOT necessary and of NO benefit to you, only to another member somewhere in the structure, again, we are totally against it. See next FAQ

Can I buy more positions?

** You can, BUT you receive absolutely NO benefit for yourself. Rather help a family member or friend with a Starter $7 position with your referrer link. Only then will you have a benefit from it

Are you partner with other companies?

** No, we do not have ANY partner or association with any third party company. Crazy7 is based in our own network of websites and services, which may offer paid entries into Crazy7. Any third party may refer their members to Crazy7, however, without any remuneration or financial connection to re-compensate such third party. Such third party is solely responsible to convey only basic information to their members, and such members must be advised to review the Crazy7 website with all available information before joining.

Is my personal information protected with your company?

Any personal information that you provide to any of our businesses are privacy protected. Your information will never be shared or sold to anyone!
